I read the synopsis on your introduction page. Your research is really going to be interesting. I have done a fair amonut of work on immgration and resettlement here in Canada. My focus was on internationally trained professionals and the structural barriers created in gaining employment in their fields of study.
Anyway, we may have to get some dialog if your research will take that direction.
