Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar.
Use this as a salad dressing, or on fish, lamb, steak, roasted vegetables, roasted tomatoes, or fried rice. Add it to a stir fry or enjoy it with caramelized onions, strawberries and icing sugar or watermelon and feta cheese. Or simply dip some crusty bread into it with olive oil.
Honey Sweet Soy Marinade
Add an extra dimension to the following meals: fried rice, steak, fish, pork, lamb, roasted vegetables, kebabs, chicken wings, duck, stir fry, seafood.
Mango Vinegar
Use this as a dressing on a range of salads: Garden, fruit, mushroom, avacado and apple, apple and celery, pineapple and walnut. Use it over the top of ice cream, cakes and desserts. Or add a splash to a cool glass of water for a refreshing drink.
