Those were the days

Take a trip along memory's lane.  Share your stories of earlier times.  Maybe it's an adventure in Dad's '34 Chev, your first job, the day you got TV, or tales from your student days.

Make your story long or short; include photos if you wish.  The only thing that matters is that you jot down some of your best stories and send them in.

Interesting members

This is a page for placing stories by or about interesting members and course leaders of Sydney U3A.  Your contributions are welcome, either about a member you know (but with his or her concurrence), or about your own activities, auto-biography, or stories from your life.

Creative Writing

Each of the seven regions comprising Sydney U3A runs at least one Creative Writing Course. At the last count there were 18 such courses available.

The purpose of this page is to draw together examples of the writing from members of all regions.

Travellers’ Tales - Where in the World...?

Where indeed!  To say that Sydney U3A members get about would be an understatement.  Over the past few months different groups have boarded buses and/or trains and cars to visit Armidale and Mount Victoria.  But many more make trips to all sorts of places under their own steam.  Tassie or the Antarctic in the Southern Summer.  Port Macquarie or Nagorno Karabakh in Spring.  You name it and one of us has been there or is about to go.
